Mercy Corps, a non-profit, non-governmental international humanitarian and development organization invites all companies & suppliers to participate in one or all of the following tenders:
   
1-029 – Pre-qualification  Tender for  Office Furniture
2-030 – Pre-qualification  Tender for Hall Rent


The following conditions apply:
-The supplier must be registered in the official quarters.
-Prices must be ZERO VAT, and the supplier must provide a Zero Vat invoice.
-Tender documents can be obtained starting from Sunday 11 May 2014 during official working hours, from 8:00 AM to 3:30 PM at Mercy Corps’ Office addresses as follows:

Mercy Corps Gaza Office, Ahmed Orabi Street, 2nd Floor, Abu Ghalioun Building.
-The tender documents must be delivered before Thursday 15 May 2014 at 12:00 pm, at Mercy Corps’ offices as above. The tender will be opened and reviewed by Mercy Corps tender committee only.
-The committee is not obligated to purchase goods or contract with the lowest prices.
-The supplier must provide Mercy Corps with a chain of custody documents to prove that items required in the tenders are legally imported. These documents should be submitted along with the tender.
