Pre-Sales Business Analyst

Job Description

A multinational software company is looking to hire an outstanding Pre-Sales Business Analyst for its clients in the Palestinian territories.

Responsibilities

Interaction with Clients and converting them into prospective Sales.
· Writing and compiling documents such as Functional Specifications Document, Proposals, SRS, Upwork etc.

· Have good solid understanding of integration technique, partners, and requirements; and is able to write integration message specifications
· Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives.
· Responsible to portray the ideas to the clients by communicating in person and through Zoom/Skype/Phone/Email.

· Participate in the implementation of the integration project.
· Ensuring that any feedback given by the client is communicated in detail to the concerned team or person-in-charge.
· Should be persuasive and able to meet the Targets.
· Should work in an out with the IT team and incorporate changes, whenever required.

Job Requirements

Requirements

· Bachelor’s degree in any IT field or equivalent business experience.
· 2 to 4 years of experience in Pre-Sales or Business Analyst role.
· Strong knowledge in IT is a must, knowledge in JAVA and Mobile App Development is a plus.
· Excellent client-facing skills, including self-presentation and clarity of verbal and written communication.
· Able to negotiate and manage client concerns & convert them into sales.
· Excellent command of English language (Speaking, writing and presentation).

· A solid understanding of software development life cycles methodologies e.g. SDLC, Agile.

· Essential skills in data mapping and analysis, gap analysis and system analysis.

· Strong personal time management skills and ability to meet individual and team deadlines.
