Your Role
As a Pre-Sales / Systems Engineer, you’ll be the cornerstone of our technical team, driving the installation and maintenance of our solutions at the forefront of pre-sales engagements. You’ll be the bridge between FIS and our clients, delivering compelling technical presentations and training sessions to channel partners and customers. Your role is pivotal in managing installation projects, improving processes, and ensuring exceptional service delivery through effective team collaboration.

We Need You To:
• Install, support, and maintain FIS solutions at the pre-sales PoC deployments.
• Create and deliver technical product presentations and/or training sessions to channel partners and customers.
• Manage and execute installation projects with precision.
• Evaluate environment for process improvement and make recommendations to improve support processes.
• Collaborate seamlessly across teams to ensure top-notch issue resolution.

What Makes You The Perfect Fit:
• 2+ Years of experience in network technologies (Windows Server, UNIX).
• Proven track record in VMware installation projects.
• Familiarity with SAN/NAS is beneficial.
• Solid grasp of information security policies and frameworks.
• Exceptional communication skills, with proficiency in English.
• A team player mindset with strong interpersonal skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer engineering or a related field.
