Netham is implementing a United States Agency for International Development (USAID) contract supporting strengthening Rule of Law and judicial institutions,as well as encouraging citizen engagement in rule of law issues.Netham is seeking a qualified candidate to fill the following full-time position based in Ramallah
Procuement and Administration Specialist

The procurement and administration specialist will work closely with the Admin/Finance team on procurment and administrative duties.
Key Qualifications
1-University degree in Accounting,Business Administration,or related field.
2-Experience managing large procurement projects.
3-Experience in USAID procurement regulation.
4-Excellent command of written and spoken English and Arabic.
5-Excellent knowledge of software applications: Word,Excel,Power Point,Internet,and email
6-Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks as well as being part of a team
7-Strong self-management skills.
8-Excellent organizational,planning,negotiating,and problem-solving skills.
