IntraHealth International Inc. is the implementing partner for the USAID funded Palestinian Health Capacity Project (PHCP). IntraHealth- PHCP is looking for experienced professionals to be based in its Ramallah Office for the following position:
 

Procurement and Compliance Officer

The Procurement and Compliance Officer will be responsible for all PHCP’s procurement and ensures strict adherence to the USAID compliance and regulatory requirements for sub-grants, contracts and other procurement mechanisms. Applicants should have at a minimum, a bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or related field; 4 years of experience in procurement and compliance with international organizations; strong knowledge of USAID procurement and compliance rules and regulations; with very good written and oral communication skills in Arabic and English.
