Freightos is already helping some of the world’s biggest freight companies automate their operations. We’re looking for a Procurement and office coordinator to join our team in Ramallah.

Roles & Responsibilities:

-Manage all administrative & operational aspects of office:  kitchen, food, maintenance, mail, etc.
-Procurement- including negotiation, follow up and ensure high service from vendors.
-Coordinates various office support services, including purchasing and facilities management.
-Process purchase requisitions / orders
-Invite, assess, and award/recommend supplier tenders, bids, quotations, and proposals
-Prepare and maintain purchasing records, reports and price lists
-Assist in the development of specifications for equipment, materials, and services to be purchased
-Administer contract performance, including delivery, receipt, warranty, damages and insurance
-Develop and maintain constructive and cooperative working relationships with colleagues and management
-Responsible for the logistical processing including coordination with vendors.
-Assists with the operational management of domestic health.
-Responsible for petty cash box.
-Handling daily administrative tasks
-Prepare employees official letters
-Handling visa issuance procedures, booking flights and hotels.



Basic Qualifications:

-Holding a bachelor degree in Business or any relevant field.
-2-3 Years’ experience at procurement and administrative work.
-High proficiency of English language
-Strong Office skills.
-Excellent Communication skills: Able to work and converse efficiently with all levels of colleagues, clients and other external contacts
-Proven performance in delivering best in class customer service
-Detail oriented ability to multitask and prioritize
-Self-motivated, independent and team player


Preferred Qualifications:

-Knowledge at accounting
