Medical Aid for Palestinians (MAP) is a leading UK charity dedicated to improving the health and dignity of Palestinians affected by conflict, occupation, and displacement. With a focus on the occupied Palestinian territory and Palestinian refugee camps in Lebanon, we provide vital health and medical care to those in need, particularly in crisis zones like Gaza. As part of our commitment to meeting the growing needs of the communities we serve, we're expanding our team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the procurement and logistics operations, ensuring full compliance with MAP's policies and standards. This role also includes coordinating with team members and vendors, overseeing the procurement process from bid evaluation to delivery, and maintaining accurate documentation and procurement plans. Overall, the successful candidate will be supervising the logistics and operations support team to ensure efficient and timely execution of procurement activities.

We're looking for someone with strong demonstrated experience in procurement or supply chain management, working with complex donor-funded projects, preferably in healthcare or humanitarian settings. Advanced financial management and data analysis skills, as well as the ability to administer financial control systems, budgets, and databases, are essential. Additionally, the ideal candidate would have excellent communication skills in both English and Arabic, as well as proficiency in MS Office software.
