Procurement Officer

Agriculture Development Association (PARC) is seeking qualified candidates for the following position:

Procurement Officer

-Holder of bachelor's degree in (Business Administration or any related field)
-Minimum 3 years experience in procurement
-Experience working on a donors-funded programs
-Familiarity with applicable donors rules, regulations and financial procedures, especially in procurement
-Proven capacity in Budgeting.
-Excellent computer skills and using software applications (Word, excel, PowerPoint .etc)
-Good command of English (Reading, writing and conversation)
-Demonstrated strong analytical abilities. Accuracy and extreme attention to detail and thoroughness are critical
-Good time management and multi-tasking skills
-Teamwork and flexibility to work effectively under pressure
-Strong interpersonal skills and ability to establish effective working relations with employees and stakeholders
-Have a valid driving license
