Quds Bank is searching for a highly qualified professional fit for the below opportunity:
PROCUREMENT OFFICER

Responsibilities:
-Ensure competent quality execution of all regular purchasing duties and adminitrative work. -Coordinate with departments/branches and suppliers in the purchasing scope of work for requested items, and ensure on-time delivery.
-Prepare and process purchase orders and documents in accordance with company policies and procedures.
-Source, select and negotiate for the best purchase package in terms of quality, price, terms, deliveries and services with suppliers.
-Plan and manage inventory levels of materials or products, especially fixed assets.
-Authenticate the goods in the received shipments and maintain note of any discrepancies.
-Follow all safety regulations and legal documentation norms pertaining to warhousing.
-Oversee and supervise the work of warehouse associates.

Minimum Qualifications:
-Bachelor degree in Business Administrations or Accounting.
-At least 3 years experience in an Administration Department.
