INFRASTRUCTURE CONSTRUCTION
An International Engineering and Construction firm with offices world-wide is currently
operating in the water and wastewater sectors in the West Bank. We are seeking the following full time positions for upcoming engineering and construction work in the West Bank on projects funded by USAID and other donors.

 Procurement Specialist
Basic Skills Required
1. University degree in Finance or Business administration or other related field;
2. Experience in using professional and transparent procurement polices and procedures in accordance with regulations especially USAID regulations;
3. Thorough understanding of contracting procedures, procurement regulations, price analysis and good understanding of both the Israel and local market and of VAT procedures;
4. 10 years of work experience in procurement and 5 years of work experience in USAID projects;
5. Ability to work as a team member and under pressure;
6. Ability to prioritize and manage high workload expeditiously;
7. Strong communication skills;
8. Strong written and verbal English and Arabic;
9. Excellent computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, the internet, etc.;
10. Possess a valid driving license.
