ARD, Inc. is looking for experienced professional to be based at our Jerusalem Office for the following position:

Procurement Specialist (PS)
Duration: 24 Months
Location: Jerusalem with travel to the West Bank
This position requires at least five years of professional experience in procurement,
preferably with USAID programs. The individual must have strong problem solving and
negotiation skills to support and ensure rapid implementation of time sensitive projects
which respond to evolving political realities on the ground and build CSO capacity at the community and national levels.
This position will require extensive travel.
Other requirements include:
-BA in the field of accounting/finance, administration or other related field
-Strong analytical skills
- Excellent communication skills in Arabic and English (written, aural and verbal)
- Proficiency in computer programs (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
-Ability to work within a team, at a fast pace and under pressure
- Ability and willingness to travel
