A company located in Ramallah, is seeking a highly qualified Procurement Specialist as follow:

Job Requirements

General qualifications

Bachelor or Master degree in public administration, financial management or other

relevant disciplines

Full proficiency in English and Arabic

Adequacy for the Services

At least 5 years of experience in national and international procurement management for

international development programmes.

Experience with AFD procurement guidelines is preferred.

Relevant experience in the region

preferable 1 experience working with the Palestinian Authority procurement system is required.
