Job Description

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Coordinating with key stakeholders to plan and prioritize purchasing activities.
  • Managing the procurement of products and services in accordance with company policies and procedures.
  • Managing RFx events and documentation.
  • Issuing Purchase orders, monitoring and managing purchase orders through their full lifecycle.
  • Participating in negotiations with suppliers to achieve the best value for the company.
  • Negotiating and drafting contract terms and conditions.
  • Managing relationships with suppliers, evaluating performance and areas of improvement.
  • Tracking and monitoring material and services from purchase through delivery and stakeholder acceptance.
  • Tracking Invoices from receipt through payment.
  • Preparing Periodic reports, saving report, monthly procurement activity reports , procurement plan ,,, etc.

Job Requirements

Experience & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Accounting, Marketing or any other related field.

  • 3+ years' experience working in a Sourcing/Procurement position.
