Procurement Specialist/Sr. Specialist

Job Description

Duties & Responsibilities

Coordinating with key stakeholders to plan and prioritize purchasing activities.
Managing the procurement of products and services in accordance with company policies and procedures.
Managing RFx events and documentation.
Issuing Purchase orders, monitoring and managing purchase orders through their full lifecycle.
Participating in negotiations with suppliers to achieve the best value for the company.
Negotiating and drafting contract terms and conditions.
Managing relationships with suppliers, evaluating performance and areas of improvement.
Tracking and monitoring material and services from purchase through delivery and stakeholder acceptance.
Tracking Invoices from receipt through payment.
Preparing Periodic reports, saving report, monthly procurement activity reports , procurement plan ,,, etc.

Job Requirements

Experience & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Accounting, Marketing or any other related field.
3+ years' experience working in a Sourcing/Procurement position.
