Product Development Coordinator

Masrouji Group is seeking a highly qualified Product Development Coordinator.
Duties and Responsibilities :
- Assists in the entire flow of new product and existing product development, starting from the initial planning phase all the way to product launch.
- Responsible for fluently understanding and knowing the entire monograph of a product, including its MOA, drug class, dosing, administration, adverse effects and potential drug interactions.
- Answers drug information questions when prompted from both internal and external sources.
- Understands standard regulatory requirements per product class in both PS and IL registration.
- Continuously monitors new product approvals worldwide (FDA, EMA, JFDA, etc) and studies upcoming market trends.
- Extensively analyzes potential new molecules in terms of efficacy and safety.
- Performs market analysis and prepares competitor profile for each potential new molecule.
- Prepares market study and coordinates with both sales and marketing teams to ensure timely completion of study.
- Validates results of market study and assesses potential study limitations and outliers.
- Conducts SWOT analysis for each product to better understand its landscape.
- Presents final summary and recommendation from a R&D perspective for potential new products.
- Prepares launch plans with the marketing team to include product message, targeted indications and potential prescribers.
- Prepares new product monographs and continuously updates existing ones.
- In collaboration with the Product Development team, prepares content to be used for marketing materials.
- Provides both internal and external training for each product as necessary.
- Conducts post-market surveillance for each product and assesses potential opportunities for product improvement.

Job Requirements
Qualifications and Skills:
- B. Sc. Degree in pharmacy or related sciences .
- at least 1 year of work experience in a given field
- Project management skills are essential for this role.
- Ability to effectively communicate with colleagues and present ideas in a coordinated manner.
- A strong sense of creativity will aid in the process of thinking of new product ideas and solving problems creatively.
- Is able to meet deadlines.
