Job Description

Position Summary:

The Product Donations Program Coordinator will provide logistical and programmatic support, including warehouse operations and field monitoring of the donated products. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a fast-paced field environment, especially in a logistical capacity. The coordinator must be detail-oriented, able to multitask, and have strong data management and quantitative reasoning skills. The position will offer opportunities to develop program management and professional skills while providing experience in a non-profit and business environment.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Valuation of shipments for auditing purposes.
  • Conduct Regular field visits to potential and existing product donation partners.
    • Monitor the donated products' liquidation.
    • Collect and update the partners' needs lists.
    • Monitor the expiration date of the donated products.
  • Develop profiles for new recipients and update profiles of existing recipients.
  • Coordinate with an in-country product donation team to collect, review, and edit communication materials relevant to the MD program.
  • Assist in loading and unloading the shipments that arrive at the distribution center.
  • Sort items, inventory counting, and building partners assignments.
  • Coordinate the reception of the shipments at the distribution center.
  • Coordinate the distribution of the shipment with the local partners.

Job Requirements

Expectations:

  • Maintain a high level of professionalism in the workplace.
  • Follow a consistent, regular working schedule of at least 30 hours per week.
  • Complete projects and tasks in a timely manner by established deadlines.
  • Meet weekly with the direct manager and provide tasks and project updates.

  • Travel across Palestine.

 Qualifications:

  • Diploma degree in Pharmacology, Public Health, or a related field.
  • Intermediate experience with Google Workspace, Inventory Management Systems, and spreadsheets.
  • Self-starter, creative and motivated.
  • Works well alone and in a team environment.
  • Proven organization and time management skills with excellent attention to details.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Familiarity with medical supply chain management.
  • Fluency in English and Arabic, both spoken and written.
  • A valid driver's license and access to a vehicle.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience using and managing the Google suite of cloud products.
  • Background in Public Health or other health-related fields.
