Product Management Officer

Akram Sbitany & Sons Co. is looking for Product Management Officer to be responsible for preparing reports related to product management department and follow up on a daily operation

Responsibilities

• Order Forecast sheet
• Monthly Review of annual order forecast sheet with PM
• Fill up the product info in forecast sheet when receiving PI (supplier, product, specs, FOB, L.Cost, L.Price, Offer Price, order Qty, Channel, FS commission, ADP Commission)
• Update FOB, L.cost and order Qty in forecast after receiving PI
• Share forecast sheet with PM and DM after every update
• Share Forecast sheet with finance and SCM after DM confirmation
• Update Landing Cost in forecast sheet every beginning of month
• Provide PM, DM and upper management with weekly sell out report
• Provide PM, DM and upper management with monthly sell out report

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Management
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Good communication skills
• knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in both Arabic and English.
• Work location: Headquarter Office Al-Ram
