Product Manager (Commercial Role - Cybersecurity Product)

Job Description

Business Alliance HR is recruiting a Product Manager (Commercial Role - Cybersecurity Product) for a regional technology services and solutions Company, and located in Ramallah, Palestine.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Sales Process Management Tasks:

Manage the sales bid process by responding to RFIs & RFPs.
Work closely with Sales to ensure successful closure of the sales process.
Achieve the target budget of the selected products.
Direct and coordinate promotion of assigned products to develop new markets, increase sales and obtain a competitive position in the market.
Conduct regular meetings with the sales team, to evaluate job performance and methods of increasing sales volume & customer satisfaction.

Technical Tasks:

Develop solutions and organize, plan, create, and deliver compelling proof of concept demonstrations when required.
Ensure solutions stated in the Statement of Work are best practice and in line with the client's requirements.

Others:

Keeping abreast of market trends and product & competitor landscapes.
Any relevant duties assigned by the direct manager.

Job Requirements

Special Requirements & Skills:

Must be up to date with cyber security solutions, with excellent knowledge of Cyber security platforms and products.
Certification in Fortinet, Forcepoint, or Kaspersky is a plus.
Solid communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferable to have a car.

Total Years of Experience:

Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role.

Education & Certificates Require
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering or a relevant field.

Ramallah, Palestine

Languages Required:
Fluent in English & Arabic.
