Product Owner- UI/UX

As a Product Owner / UI/UX Designer, you’ll be at the intersection of product management and design, assisting the product manager to define and prioritize features that align with our business objectives while also crafting intuitive, user-friendly interfaces. This unique role requires someone who can seamlessly
transition from strategic product mentality to hands-on design, ensuring our product delivers an exceptional user experience at every step.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and prioritize the product business requirements, collaborating with developers to ensure each feature aligns with the product vision.
• Work closely with the CEO and key stakeholders to understand business goals, gathering and translating these insights into actionable requirements.
• Define user stories and establish acceptance testing to deliver high-quality features efficiently.
• Make data-driven decisions based on user feedback, analytics, and market research.
• Conduct user research to understand pain points and user needs, translating findings into wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
• Develop intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces, ensuring a cohesive design language across the product.
• Create and iterate on interactive prototypes to communicate design concepts effectively with stakeholders and the development team.
• Collaborate closely with developers to ensure seamless handoffs and design implementation.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in design, Product Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years in product management, UI/UX design, or a related role, ideally within a tech- focused or startup environment.
• Proven experience with user research, wireframing, prototyping, and high-fidelity design tools (e.g.,Figma, Adobe XD).
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, including backlog management and sprint planning.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a keen eye for detail.
• Ability to balance business goals with user needs, prioritizing features that drive impact while delivering an exceptional user experience.
• Familiarity with proptech or experience in real estate technology is a plus
• Basic knowledge of front-end frameworks and understanding responsive design principles is a plus.
• Strong communication skills and a proven ability to collaborate effectively within small teams and outside vendors.
