Product Return Administrator

BCI is intending to recruit a highly qualified individual to fill the position of:
Product Return Administrator Ref. No (HR-PRA-2)
Main responsibilities:
Checks the repair history on warranty claims system before upload any claim on ERP system.
Communicates with PR officers in BCI branches about any mismatching with PR policies.
Prepares electronic file for each device "scan copy of the PR job cards, POP, IMEI/SN".
Fills & upload the data and pictures for the defect itself for each device.
Arranges the claimed PR sets in the cabinets according to the status on ERP system.
Registers the request No on claimed PR sets.
Approves the devices receipt and file them.
Follows up the refused claims from SELV and checks the reasons of refusal.
Communicates with concerned persons in BCI branches about any PR rejected cases.
Re upload the rejected devices in some cases, and registers new request number on PR sets.
Communicates with SELV warranty team regarding any hold cases.
Prepares daily report for all uploaded claims, and saves it in the shard folder.
Participates in PR stocktaking.
Applies a weekly report with the status of devices.
Performing other duties as and when requested by the direct supervisor.
Job Requirements:
BCs degree in IT (Information Technology) or any equivalent field.
1-3 years' experience.
Excellent Microsoft office
