Business Alliance HR Services is recruiting a Production Manager for a factory and is located in the South Area, Palestine.  

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Managing production lines, checking, implementing, and adjusting formulas, and conducting laboratory checks.
2. Coordinating order requests and adjusting formulas based on customer demand.
3. Overseeing the receipt of raw materials, monitoring the manufacturing process, ensuring that all production schedules are met, maintaining quality control standards, and ensuring that all safety regulations are adhered to.
4. Monitoring the machinery and equipment used in the manufacturing process to ensure that they are functioning properly.
5. Coordinating with maintenance staff to schedule repairs or maintenance work as needed.
6. Conducting test samples of the products for quality and safety.
7. Managing, hiring, and training new employees as well as managing their performance.
8. Submitting detailed and periodic reports.

Special Requirements & Skills: 

1. Proven experience in a similar position in the production/manufacturing field.
2. Strong understanding of food science, especially animal nutrition.
3. Analytical abilities and problem-solving skills.
4. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
5. Excellent interpersonal skills.
6. Excellent leadership skills.

Years of experience:

Minimum 8 years of relevant experience.

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Industrial Engineering, or a relevant field. 

Location:
South Area, Palestine.

Languages Required:
Fluent in Arabic & English.
