Job Description

BCI is currently recruiting for the following two positions:
Professional HR Manager
Duties and Responsibilities:
The Human Resources Manager originates and leads Human Resources practices and objectives that will provide an employee-oriented; high performance culture that emphasizes empowerment, quality, productivity, and standards; goal attainment, and the ongoing development of a superior workforce.
Other duties include, but not limited to, the following:
-Recruitment and staffing;
-Development of job descriptions and KPIs that support the achievement of the company’s business goals;
-Organizational departmental planning;
-Performance management and improvement systems;
-Organization development;
-Employment and compliance to regulatory concerns regarding employees;
-Employee onboarding, development, needs assessment, and training;
-Policy development and documentation;
-Employee relations;
-Compensation and benefits administration;
-Employee safety, welfare, wellness and health;
-Employee services and counseling.
Qualifications:
-BA in Business Administration or HR Management. PHR (Professional in Human Resources) is a plus.
-Excellent communication and writing skills in both English and Arabic.
-High level of interpersonal, coaching and leadership skills.
-No less than five years’ experience.
