Program Coordinator – Fellowship Program

Tasks:

  1. Coordinate fellowship program application and selection process 
  2. Manage activities required to support social enterprises during program execution
  3. Execute logistics of the fellowship program (online and offline sessions)
  4. Recruit and support mentors, experts, and volunteers during the program execution
  5. Become familiar with the existing training material and assist in the development of the fellowship program and syllabus
  6. Coach social enterprises in the following areas: Vision, Mission, Business Planning, and Impact Measurement 
  7. Engage with other actors in the social entrepreneurship ecosystem in Palestine

Job Requirements
  1. Business Development background
  2. Experience in providing support to startups and social enterprises
  3. Has experience and interest in the social entrepreneurship sector 
  4. Experience in project coordination
  5. Knowledge and understanding of the following concepts and tools: Vision, Mission, Business Model Canvas, Theory of Change, and Impact Measurement, among other business development tools
  6. Passion for social impact and social innovation
  7. Ability to use Google Drive tools like google sheets, slides, forms, and others 
  8. Comfortable with ambiguity, self-learner
  9. Proactive and eager 
  10. Excellent command of English and Arabic
