Program Manager

A large International Non-Governmental humanitarian organization is seeking qualified and experienced candidates for key positions below, for an on-going humanitarian distribution project passed in Gaza
The project is for an initial term of 3 months which may be extended and the selected candidate should be available to start immediately :

The candidate should have the following qualifications and experience:
­ -Education to degree level
­ -Previous experience in working with an international humanitarian organization
­ -Previous experience working as part of a USAID project essential
­ -Previous experience in working on a large-scale relief distribution project
­ -Excellent project management skills
­ -Excellent reporting skills
­ -Be prepared to undertake field assignments throughout the Gaza Strip
­ -Proven ability to manage local staff
­ -Fluent in written and spoken English
­ -Ability to be a productive member in a team environment
