Medical Aid for Palestinians (MAP) is a leading UK charity dedicated to improving the health and dignity of Palestinians affected by conflict, occupation, and displacement. With a focus on the occupied Palestinian territory and Palestinian refugee camps in Lebanon, we provide vital health and medical care to those in need, particularly in crisis zones like Gaza. As part of our commitment to meeting the growing needs of the communities we serve, we're expanding our team.
We are seeking a Programme Assistant to support the effective implementation, monitoring, and reporting of MAP’s health and development projects in the West Bank by providing administrative, operational, and MEAL support. The role will assist in programme development, partner coordination, and ensuring timely and accurate reporting while contributing to the integration of cross-cutting themes such as gender, disability, and protection.

The ideal candidate will have strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills, demonstrated through relevant qualifications or experience. They should have proven experience in health sector project coordination, monitoring, and reporting, with proficiency in data collection, analysis, and visualization tools. A valid driving license, knowledge of traffic laws in the West Bank, and fieldwork experience are essential. The candidate should be detail-oriented, organized, and able to work independently, while building and maintaining effective relationships with stakeholders. Fluency in both English and Arabic is required.
