PERSON SPECIFICATION

Experience

• Proven experience in the health sector with good skills in the monitoring of health-related projects. 
• Experience with an NGO/ INGO in a similar function is desirable.
• Relative background in health, project monitoring, reporting and coordination is essential. 
• Field work across the West Bank is required in this position.

Skills and abilities

• Organized self-starter, able to work alone or as part of a team.
• Ability to work under pressure and under difficult circumstances and occasionally during the weekend
• Respect/follow the applied security guidelines and keep the confidentiality of assigned tasks

Knowledge

• Good communication and writing skills in English and Arabic.
• Competent IT skills including excel and spreadsheets, and word.

Education/training

• Bachelor degree in managment or health science/health administration or any other related.
• Personal attributes and other requirements
• Tact, polite, and able to handle difficult situations and solve the problem.
• Valid driving license and excellent awareness of traffic and road safety laws. familiar with different areas of West Bank.  Incumbent will be required to drive to site visits.
• Understand the work of MAP and commitment to our mission and services.
