The German Hanns Seidel Foundation (HSS) is looking for a young, talented, and dynamic Programme Coordinator to join our MENA Regional Network on Climate Change (RNCC). This role is perfect for someone who wants to drive meaningful environmental change through networks and collaboration.

The RNCC is an initiative of HSS, fostering collaborative solutions to pressing climate issues across the MENA region. By bringing together important people, we aim to promote sustainable food and water systems, achieve carbon neutrality, protect biodiversity, and end plastic pollution.

Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will:
- Develop, manage, and evaluate programme activities under our Regional Strategic Plan for Climate & Environment (2023-2026).
- Support and attend high-level conferences and delegation visits, contributing to the international visibility of the RNCC.
- Coordinate with HSS offices across the MENA region, building a strong network of climate-focused organizations, experts, and stakeholders.
- Engage in public relations and manage social media to expand RNCC's outreach and impact.
- Handle a range of administrative and reporting tasks essential to programme success.
Location: Based in a MENA country, with frequent regional and occasional global travel.

What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field, with a preference for additional certifications.
- Proven experience in programme or office management within international or multicultural settings and teams.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, including ability to prioritize tasks and meeting deadlines reliably.
- Strong networking, communication, and intercultural skills, including online.
- Full professional proficiency in English and Arabic; knowledge of German is a plus.
- Genuine interest in environmental issues and climate action across the MENA region.
- Excellent working knowledge of MS Office, video communication tools, social media and e-mail.
