Position: Programme Officer (Community Programmes)

Type: Full-time/Fixed-Term Contract

Reporting to: Community Programme Manager

Salary: ₪110,508 per year

**This role involves field work across the West Bank.

The ideal candidate is a proactive and organized professional with experience in managing community development, humanitarian, or public health projects. They have strong project cycle management skills, including proposal development, monitoring and evaluation, and financial oversight. With excellent communication skills in English and Arabic, they can effectively engage with diverse stakeholders, including government agencies, NGOs, and donors. They possess strong analytical, problem-solving, and capacity-building abilities, along with proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and Word. A valid driving license and willingness to travel across the West Bank are essential.
