Permanent Programs Officer
Under the Supervision of the Executive Director or his/her delegate ,the incumbent performs the following duties and responsibilities :
1-Support PITA Programs
    a-Manage the activities and the implementation of projects and any related events.
    b-Periodic reporting to donors on the status of the grants and projects in liaison with other staff members.
    c-Organizing press releases and liaison with local newspapers,regional and local websites in liaison with other staff members.
    d-Developing Content for newsletter in liaison with other staff members
2-Support PITA Proposal writing.
3-Monitoring and Evaluation of projects.
4-Maintaining a hardcopy and softcopy of files.

Knowledge,skills and Abilities :
1-Excellent knowledge of project  analysis.
2-Excellent team work,written and verbal communication skills.
3-Knowledge of the  ICT Sector is an advantage.
4-Fluency in English is a must (Writing and Reading)
5-Excellent computer and communication skills

Education /Experience:
1-Bachelor degree in Buisness Administration from a credible university
2-At least 4 years of experience in programs related jobs.
