Job Description
Right To Play is an international humanitarian organization that uses sport and play programs
to improve health, develop life skills, and foster peace for children and communities in the most
disadvantaged areas of the world. Working in both the humanitarian and development context, Right
To Play trains local community leaders as Coaches to deliver our programs in more than 20 countries affected by war, poverty, and disease in Africa, Asia and the Middle East.
Right To Play is now seeking a qualified candidate for the position of :
Title: Project Administrator
Based: Gaza
Starting Date: 1st January 2010
The primary responsibility of the coordinator/trainer is to assist and supervise the implementation of
Right to Play programs that include:
-Administrate the Project Office in the Gaza Strip;
-Support of project staff including the Project Coordinators and Supervisors;
- Coordinate and support the country manager and country officers
- Facilitate communication and work between operation office in the Gaza Strip and the country office in the West Bank
- Administrate the daily work at the Gaza office including finance in field, attendance, personnel files
- Coordinate with the project coordinators and supervisors for purchases and office needs
- Follow up with on logistics issues
Required qualifications:
- College/university degree in a relevant field (Business Administration with background in accounting or finance, or related field).
- Good networking and report writing skills.
- Fluent in Arabic with English writing and verbal skills
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and as a team member.
- Computer literacy (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
