Project Controls Engineer

A local consulting firm located in Palestine is looking for Project Controls Engineer in according to the following:

 Qualifications: 

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Construction Management or any other related filed from accredited university. 

• Minimum of 7 years’ experience in related field of work.
  
  

Specific requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of demonstrable experience in Construction project controls preferably international projects.

• Demonstrated skills in project control, estimating, cost control, contract management, data base management, reporting and invoicing.

• Project management experience across a range of disciplines, contract/procurement.

• Good client and stakeholder relationship building skills;

• Effective communication with client’s project team.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work with all levels and functions within the company.

• Ability to interface and effectively communicate with others

• Knowledge of Critical Path Method (CPM) scheduling techniques

• Primavera P6 software experience

• Ability to effectively multi-task similar activities in a fast paced, time sensitive environment

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

• Advanced verbal, written and presentation communication skills
