Business Women Forum ,a local NGO located in Ramallah is seeking the following position:
Project Coordinator
Duties and Responsibilties :
1-Filing and Archiving: maintains accurate,updated project files.
2-Takes minutes for project meetings.
3-Oversee and excute all administrative and organization tasks associated with projects events.
4-Maintain database for project participants ,memers,guests,dignitaris and media .
5-Participate on the Network Portal and sharing event reports and content with other members of the network.
6-Contribute in the monthly Network newsletter on behalf of BWF.
7-Create/edit press releases for the projects event
8-Maintain accurate financial records and documents evidencing projects expenditures
9-Prepare timely reports using template provided for the projects
10-Attend 1-2 regional Network meetings per year.
11-Other duties maybe assigned as appropriate.

Educational Background and Experience Requirements :
1-BA degree in Business,Accounting,or related field.
2-Very good command of English Language
3-High team Player
4-Ability to work under pressure.
5-Ability to travel abroad.
6-Ability to write reports in English and Arabic.
7-Strong analytical skills
8-Strong writing and presentation skills
