Project Coordinator
The Palestinian Agricultural Relief Committees (PARC) is a leading Palestinian Agricultural Development Organization that was established in 1983. Since its establishment, PARC has been efficiently engaged in Palestinian land development, water resources & environment, poverty reduction and women empowerment, olive oil marketing, as well as other crucial rural development programs. PARC seeks the services of full-time Project Coordinator officer to accomplish the following:
Tasks and responsibilities:
1-Technical supervision, follow up and implementation of project's activities.
2-Preparation of detailed and effective project action plans.
3-Supervision of technical and field staff involved in the project.
4-Close Follow up on the implementation of the different components of the project.
5-Ensure all project activities are implemented in a timely manner and according to donor’s rules and regulations.
6-Plan and conduct regular field visits to ensure proper activities implementation on the ground.
7-Prepare periodical reports as requested by PARC and donor in consultation with the Program Manager.
8-Assist the finance department in preparing periodic financial documents and reports
9- monitoring and evaluation of the project by reporting to donor on the project outputs and outcomes.
10-To document all activities of the project
11-Perform any other tasks required by manager.
Qualifications:
-BA with five years experience or MA with three years experience in management, project management, development, agriculture or environment engineering, or other related fields.
-Preferably two years with experience in working with NGO's.
