PalTrade’s purpose is to lead the development of Palestinian trade as a driving force for sustainable national economic growth. Paltrade is currently implementing the “Olive Oil Export Promotion Project“ funded by the French Agency for Development (AFD) and is seeking candidates for the following position in its main office in Ramallah for a period of 14 months. Project Coordinator/ Olive Oil Export Promotion Project

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Follow all aspects of olive oil and other agricultural projects using planning, monitoring and controlling processes.
- Set deadlines, assign responsibilities, monitor and summarize progress of the project.
- Create and execute and revise project work plans as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements.
- Manage day-to-day operational aspects of the project and its scope.
- Ensure project documents are complete, current, and stored appropriately.
-Prepare quarter and annual reports
MINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or other relevant field,
- minimum of 3 years of work experience,
- Strong analytical , communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent reading and writing skills in English and Arabic
- Skilled user of MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
- Ability to work under pressure and for long hours
