Al Nayzak is Palestinian non-profit, non- partisan, Jerusalemite and unique organization that looks for young talents in science, technology, engineering, and math(STEM), and plants an ambitious vision in the hearts of our community: “To develop, root, and reinforce a new culture that embraces science, and to announce this culture among Palestinian youth so that their competence in productive applied sciences could provide them with better economic opportunities that would lead to their future prosperity.”
Al Nayzak’s approach is to make scientific-thinking skills become an inherent part of the lives of Palestinian people. In order to do this, it applies empirical tools to help individuals acquire thinking skills and relate them to genuine savoir-faire and technology. In this way they become capable of facing challenges in their journey to achieve excellence and helping develop their environment and build a modern Palestinian society.
Al Nayzak serves all Palestinian areas through its network of offices in Jerusalem, Ramallah, Gaza, and Nablus, as well as in the Science and Technology House in the Old City of Birzeit.

Job Description:

-Full responsibility for managing programs.
-Leading a team of facilitators and trainers and supervising their work.
-Writing narrative reports.
-Planning programs’ activities and developing action plans.
-Assist in developing the content of the programs and enriching them continuously.
-Quality assurance.

Minimum requirements

-Bachelor's degree from an international university (preferably from a USA university) in any relevant field. Masters’ degree is an advantage.
-Excellent Research skills.
-Three years’ experience in projects managements or any related field.
-Excellent command of English language.
-Excellent knowledge in Microsoft Office and project management tools.
-Excellent communication skills.
-Resident of Jerusalem preferred.
-Basic knowledge in Hebrew Language is preferred.

-Ability to network with international higher educational institutions.
-Ability to work with different age groups.
-Manage and work under pressure.
-Write reports in both languages (Arabic and English).
-Work in different locations and areas.
-Logical thinking with creative problem-solving ability.
-Planning and time management skills.
-Handle sensitive situations and confidential information in a mature and discreet manner.
-Be well organized and has a high degree of attention to details.
