Project Coordinator

The Palestinian Charity for Youth Economic Empowerment (CYEE) is a Palestinian NGO established to lead innovative and direct responses to the economic and social challenges that youth face, focusing on unemployment, barriers to entrepreneurship, civic engagement, and advocacy.

CYEE is inviting highly qualified candidates to apply for the following position:

1. Projects Coordinator: Full-time, based in Tulkarm.
2. Duration of contract: One year.

Tasks and Responsibilities (Projects Coordinator):

• Assist in overall management of projects, including planning and reporting.
• Regular field visits to assess the implementation of various projects and activities at four locations in Tulkarem.
• Ability to lead, motivate and inspire team members.
• Maintaining and building strong relations with local partner organizations and institutions, including private-educational, and public-sector partners.
• Input into the development of M&E and indicator tracking plans for all projects, and the development of additional M&E tools as necessary to monitor projects’ progress.
• Experience in preparing and processing financial claims and payment requests accurately and timely.
• Ensure all required documentation is complete and complies with internal policies and external regulations

Qualification Requirements:

• Advanced University Qualification (in International Relations, Political Science, Business Admin, Development Studies or another related field)
• Excellent written and oral communication skills in both English and Arabic
• (4-3) years of project management experience in a Palestinian or international NGO
• Previous experience in project cycle management, including development, implementation, and monitoring.
• Excellent computer competency.
