Project Coordinator
Background
The Health Care and Development Association is a non-governmental organization dedicated to providing exceptional medical services to the residents of the Gaza Strip. In collaboration with the SAMS Foundation, the Association is launching a medical project with the aim to deliver superior healthcare through a mobile medical unit supported by a static basic primary health care center, serving the marginated population at various areas within the Gaza Strip. Two static medical units with outreach team will be established: one in Khan Yunis and the other in the Northern Gaza Strip. The multidisciplinary teams will offer primary healthcare services with focus on maternal, neonatal and child health, wound care, non-communicable diseases, as well as advanced psychosocial support.

Number of Position 1 position
Working hours Full time (6 days weekly, 6 Hours daily).

Main responsibilities
Project and team Management:
- Prepare performance objectives together with programme staff and give the necessary feedback, follow up and support to improve staff performance.
- Lead the implementation of the project activities and provide overall leadership at a strategic and programme level
- Identify critical program gaps and vulnerabilities, and clarify roles, responsibilities and accountabilities to effectively address those gaps
- Ensure quality in the programme by building capacity of the staff through trainings, coaching and support Line management of the staff
- Provide guidance, managerial and technical support to your team on common standards, innovative strategies and approaches which reflect good practices and ensures that child protection is mainstreamed throughout the project
- Promote and model a positive, professional and respectful team culture.
Monitoring and Reporting:
- Contribute to the development of appropriate and effective programme monitoring systems to enable assessment of both the emergency response process and impact and to ensure delivery of results
- Reporting on progress and documentation of best practices
- Support in development of communication materials, case studies and blogs.
- Prepare implementation reports, weekly,5W report, monthly or other periodical reports for internal and external use.
- Working with the team on success stories (two medical success and two mental support success) to be included in the monthly report, with alignment to the media rules (written consents from patients)

Requirements
- Relevant University degree is mandatory
- 3 years' experience in similar position or at least 2 years of relevant experiences.
- Strong data collection, analysis and report writing skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills and an ability to train and mentor staff
- Competencies: Microsoft Office advanced, GMAIL, Fluent in Arabic, Advanced in English
