World Vision is an international Christian humanitarian aid agency working with the most marginalized and poor communities of the world.

World Vision JWG is implementing “A Glimpse of Hope for the Disabled Children Project”. This Project aims enhancing the well being of disabled children in East Hebron Area Development Program through upgrading the capacity and services of the schools that are serving the disabled in this area in addition to raise the awareness and knowledge of parents and family members on the proper handling of disabled issues. The duration of the project is six months.
World Vision JWG is seeking a:

The successful candidate will:
-Implement and supervise psychosocial and therapeutic services at the household level to the disabled children.
-Organize training for parents on the needed psychological support and skills to deal with their disabled children.
-Organize the conduction of advanced training to upgrade the capabilities of the teaching staff at the schools serving the disabled.
-Organize the conduction public awareness campaign on the rights of disabled at the schools and community levels.
-Coordinate the rehabilitation of rooms at disabled center and the provision to schools with the necessary tools for disabled.

Qualifications/Requirements
-Bachelor degree in psychology, social science, social work, community service or any related  field
-Minimum 2 years’ experience in working on social or public health projects
-Experience in project field implementation
-Good English language skills(written & spoken). Arabic language skills preferred
-Previous experience in training and facilitation a definite asset
-Proficiency in MS Office. Knowledge of SPSS preferred
-Commitment to achieving quality results and service
-Ability to communicate information and ideas effectively
-Ability to think clearly, deeply and broadely
-Demonstrated ability to build and maintain collaborative relatioships
-Valid driving licesne
-Integrity and strong identification with WV Core Values
