Job Description
World Vision is an international Christian humanitarian aid agency working with the most
marginalized and poor communities of the world.
World Vision Jerusalem West Bank Gaza is in the process of implementing "Keep Children Safe" online project, which aims to prevent children and their caregivers from abuse and exploitation when using the internet and mobile devices. The project will be conducted as pilot in Kharbatha Bani Harith Village - West Ramallah in cooperation with concerned ministries, private sector, NGOs, and International NGOs. The duration of the project is 9 months.
Project Coordinator - Ramallah

The successful candidate will:
Prepare, implement and analyze baseline assessment targeting children, youth and caregivers
Organiza and facilitate countrywide training workshop and translate if needed
Provide support to Trainers to bring the (Keep Children Safe) online project to the different target
groups
Ensure coordination at a local level for activities with appropriate authorities
Liase and partner with other agencies to promote WV work, disseminate further information and find out required information
Support monitoring and evaluation of the project in a timely manner

Qualifications/Requirements
-Bachelor degree in social science or a relevant field.
-Minimum 2 years' relevant experience in child protection or child rights
-Strong experience in managing projects cycle with a focus on child focused services and child protection
-Knowledge of the local startegy and projects with the ability to align the (KCSO) project with relevant sectors and projects
-Financial management and budget review skills
-Proficiency in MS Office
-Very good oral and written skills (English & Arabic)
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
-Commitment to achieving quality results and service
-Ability to communicate information and ideas effectively
-Ability to think clearly, deeply and broadly
-Demonstrated ability to build and maintain collaborative relationships
-Integrity and strong identification with WV Core Values
