Project Finance Specialist

PIF is seeking a senior manager with project finance experience to work at its headquarters in Ramallah, Palestine. The successful candidate will structure and execute project finance transactions to optimize project capitalization for PIF's existing projects and projects under development across multiple economic sectors The candidate is expected to develop and lead relationships with local and international debt financing providers. The candidate must have project finance experience on the borrower side

Responsibilities:
1-Analyze project costs, projections, budgets and economic returns
2-Produce financial projections and cash-flow models.
3-Develop, structure and execute creative financing solutions to facilitate successful financing of PIF's projects.
4-Develop and maintain strong relationships with local and international lenders.
5-Negotiate at a senior level with potential lenders
6-Prepare or coordinate and supervise the preparation of all necessary documentation.
7-Supervise the work of legal advisors and other external advisors working on the deal.

Required Qualification:
1-Master's degree in Finance. Business Administration. Accounting. Law or related field.
2-Minimum 5-years relevant experience with a consult¬ing firm, investment bank or international finance institution.
3-Demonstrable expertise in working on project finance transactions on the borrower side
4-Excellent written and oral communication skills in English and Arabic.
