Under the overall guidance and supervision of the Project Management Support-Senior Officer. The Project Management Support-Associate is responsible for service delivery under an assigned client’s project and will take independent decisions on administrative actions based on clearly established authority and guidelines. In performing her/his work. The PMS-Associate will promote a client, quality and result-oriented approach. The Project Management Support-Associate will work in close collaboration with the Support, Programme & Project Staff in the Unit to ensure effective and efficient functioning of the transactional portfolio project.

Education

Completion of secondary school (High School Diploma) is required. Bachelor Degree In Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Project Management or other relevant discipline is an asset and can substitute 4 years of experience.
Languages
-
Proficient in both the English and Arabic Language, spoken, written and comprehension.
Work Experience
-
6 or 2 years (depending on academic credentials) of Working experience in Administrative Service, Project Management , Finance, Human Resources or related areas;

Minimum of 1 year working experience with the UN and or international organizations would be an asset;

Experience in reporting writing and donor communication is strongly desirable;

Technical report writing and communications experience would be an asset
