EXA Serve in Saudi Arabia in Cooperation with Work Without Borders -Palestine-Gaza , announces its need for a  (Project Manager) according to the conditions described below.

Basic requirements :

Bachelor degree in Computer Engineering, Software Engineering or Information Technology.
Minimum 3 years proven experience and ability to successfully lead projects.
Minimum 3 years experience in IT Projects.
Experience in developing documentation, presentations to all levels of management staff.
Very well spoken and written English.
Proven leadership, strong decision-making, and team management skills.
Exceptional analytical, conceptual, and problem-solving abilities.
The ability to accomplish work remotely.
The ability to work under pressure.

Job Description :

Lead development team in the Design, Programming, Documentation and Testing in building many system.
Provide daily management and leadership to the development team.
Provide necessary resources to development team to maximize productivity.
Create and manage development work plan to track all project deliverables.
Set employee objectives, monitor and evaluate performance and provide feedback and reports.
Apply resourceful and decisive decision making to achieve goals.

Notes:

Monthly Salary: 1000$ on trial mode 1200$ on fixed mode.
         (Trial mode is the first three months of contract duration. Fixed mode is the rest of it)
Employment Type: First 3 months of the year contract are trial .
Full Time .
