Project Manager

APCO/ArCon, a USAID approved Prime Contractor located in Ramallah is seeking the following position for Water, & Roads infrastructure projects throughout the West Bank:

- BS Degree or higher in Civil Engineering
-10+ years of experience
-Thorough knowledge of construction management, estimating techniques, project planning and cost control systems.
-Must be knowledgeable concerning FAR and/ or FIDIC construction contracting

Requirements:
- Relevant project experience funded with USAID or other international organizations.
- Fluent in spoken and written English and Arabic
- Ability to work under pressure and in cross-cultural situations with political, cultural and ethnic sensitivities and security environments
-Excellent listening skills and have strong communication skills
