Project Manager

Role Summary

The incumbent of this role will be performing project management tasks including, but not limited to, Planning, coordinating all resources and communicating with all involved parties; and monitoring, summarizing and communicating the progress of projects, as well other department related assignments.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Managing multiple projects throughout the Project Lifecycle.

• Managing the company projects dashboard and providing regular reports and presentations to the management.
• Working closely with functions & support areas to ensure projects are delivered as per project constrains.
• Ensure project managers’ compliance to the company’s PM framework; ensures project/program management deliverables appropriately signed and entered into applicable repositories.
• Performing project audits as required.
• Develop and communicate project KPIs and evaluation.
• Developing a reporting mechanism to gather data from project stakeholders with verification.
• Leading projects progress review meetings with project owners and stakeholders and management if needed. 
• Serves as subject matter expert, providing technical, analytical, and risk management guidance to the program and project teams

• Bachelor degree in Information Technology is preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in project management.
• Advanced-level experience with project management software.
• Strong financial and commercial knowledge, with experience in modelling.
• Experience in Telecom related project management is a plus
• Certified PMP© is a plus.
• Effective communication, report writing, and presentation skills.
• Excellent Research capabilities.
• Excellent organizational, planning and analytical skills
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
• Good leadership, interpersonal,  and persuasiveness capabilities to lead projects to successful completion.
• Excellent knowledge in excel.
• Proficient in MS Project.
• Proficiency in Arabic and English (bother oral and written).
• Abilities to work under pressure and in a fast pace environment
