Job Description
With Funding from the European Union, The Palestinian Center for the Independence of the Judiciary and the Legal Profession- MUSAWA- in partnership with Relief International, is implementing the Access to Justice for Poor Women project in the south, middle, and north of the West Bank. The project aims at enhancing the economic equality between women and men in the workplace through improving the implementation and enforcement of national legislation in line with the CEDAW. It also aims at building the capacity within the legal profession to advocate for women’s social and economic rights and enhancing the knowledge of employers, local councils and government ministries of their legal obligations to uphold and enforce the implementation of women’s social and economic rights.

Relief International and Musawa are looking to fill in the position to be based in Ramallah for a
duration of 10 months:
Project Manager
The Project Manager will assume the following responsibilities:

-Supervise a team of 4 staff to implement all of project activities according to the project proposal and budget
-Ensure timely submission of reports to the donor
-Coach and mentor field staff and ensure achievement of objectives

The qualified candidate should:
-Have a university degree in law, development, or any related field
-Have a minimum of 3 years of experience in project management, preferably with and international NGO.
-Have good knowledge of the local context related to women’s rights
-Be able to move between cities and villages in the West Bank
-Have excellent written English
-Have a valid driving license

Salary: Euro 1800 (Gross)
