Project Officer
Position: Project Officer.
Type: Full-time/Fixed-Term.
Reporting to: Medical Programme Officer.
Location: South of Gaza, Palestine.
Salary: ILS110,508 Yearly.

With a focus on the occupied Palestinian territory and Palestinian refugee camps in Lebanon, we provide vital health and medical care to those in need, particularly in crisis zones like Gaza. MAP is looking for a dedicated Project Officer to drive impactful change in health programs! In this role, you will lead project implementation, ensuring medical supply distribution aligns with donor and quality standards. You will monitor performance, conduct site visits, and collaborate with the Ministry of Health and partners to strengthen referral pathways. Additionally, you will oversee data collection, reporting, and compliance with donor guidelines while supporting capacity-building efforts.

Additionally, the candidate will have a solid understanding of donor procedures, humanitarian coordination mechanisms, and health cluster frameworks. Strong project planning, assessment, and analytical skills are essential, along with excellent written and verbal communication in both English and Arabic. The candidate must also demonstrate proficiency in budget management, financial accountability, and project logistics, and be highly skilled in MS Office, particularly Excel and Word.
