Project Officer/ Nutritionist

Islamic Relief (IR) is a humanitarian NGO working in Palestine since 1998. Islamic
Relief helps the needy people without regard to creed, race, gender, or ethnicity. It works on achieving economic and social welfare through its joint development and emergency programmes with the local community.
 

Title : Project Officer/ Nutritionist.

Location: Gaza Office
Duration: one year – (full time)

Under the guidance of the Child Welfare Programme Manager, the PO is to be responsible
for Management and supervision of field work of school feeding project activities, which mainly is providing snacks to children inside their schools on daily basis.

Candidates must posses the following competencies:

-A university degree in health sector.
-Post graduated in clinical nutrition is an advantage.
- Wide knowledge and experience in nutrition
-A minimum of three years experience of working for an international NGO preferably with children and nutrition aspects
-Experience in projects implementation and monitoring.
-Excellent skills in English language (writing and speaking).
-Excellent skills in reporting (Arabic/English)
-Working knowledge of Word, Excel, Outlook, and Internet
