Job Description

Women's Affairs Technical Committee is seeking a competent and dynamic Projects Coordinator to be based in Ramallah. This is a 20-month position dedicated to ensuring the effective implementation of our projects to empower women and promote equality within Palestinian society

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate, execute, and oversee the process of the projects over the period of 20 months.
  • Ensure collaborative efforts with partners, stakeholders, and beneficiaries toward effective project activities.
  • Provide regular progress reports as well as related project documents upon demand from the donor and the management.
  • Develop and attend meetings, workshops, and field visits to any part of the West Bank.
  • Ensure activities relating to projects undertaken are in accordance with WATC's vision and mission.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in a related field such as project management, social sciences, English language, or equivalent.

At least 2 years of experience in project coordination or similar areas is required

Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.

Computerliteracy in Microsoft Office and Project Management software applications

Fluent in the Arabic language, with very good command of written and oral English

Ability and willingness to travel in West Bank whenever necessary
