PROJECTS COORDINATOR -GAZA FIELD OFFICE

Interpal is a non-profit non-political humanitarian UK registered charily working in relief and development fields for Palestinians in need Interpal-UK is seeking to employ a projects coordinator - full time to work in Gaza Field Office

Tasks - Responsibilities :

-Preparing concept papers and proposals for projects
-Conducting inspection visits to the implementing projects with communications with the local partner organizations.
-Following up administrative and financial processes (or project under implementation.
-Preparing administrative and financial reports (progress and final)
-Assisting Gaza office in partnership, funding, administration, public relation, or any needed issuos.
-Any tasks required by Gaza Field Office Manager.

Requirements
-Bachelor degree ( at least )in Management. Development. Engineering or any related field from a recognized university, with a good  graduation grade at least.
-Proven past experience in working with NGOs in projects field.
-Excellent skills in English and Arabic treading, writing and speaking)
-Excellent computer skills [Windows. MS Office. Internet... etc.)
-Excellent administrative, financial and public relations skills especially in project coordination issues
-Ability to work within a team under heavy work loads.
