Proposal Analyst

Alpha International is Palestine’s leading research and polling house.  We are currently recruiting for the position “Proposal Analyst”.

We are looking for a skilled proposal writer and analyst with a passion for making a difference in Palestine and the region through providing credible information to decision makers and the public.

This analyst will be responsible for:
1-Identifying relevant RFPs in the market
2-Analyze RFP requirements and compiling technical details
3-Developing and writing winning proposals
4-Interacting with project managers to build pricing strategies
5-Develop relations with clients to maximize proposal winning probabilities

Qualifications:
1-BS/BA degree, preferably English, statistics, business
2-3-5 years proposal writing experience
3-Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
4-Excellent communication skills
5-Consulting expertise is a plus
6-Passion for numbers
