BACKGROUND

The Palestinian Shippers Council (PSC) seeks to fill the knowledge gap of Palestinian traders at all stages of maritime, air, land and related transport logistical chain. By increasing the ability to deliver quality training relevant to the needs of the Palestinian shipping community. The PSC in cooperation with the Ministry of National Economy, the United Nations Conference on Trade and Development (UNCTAD), and the Continuing Education in Birzeit University (CCE) developed a Professional Training Program on international trade management and transport logistics entitled '’Supply Chain Management’ Diploma’.

OBJECTIVE

The PSC is seeking Specialized Training Firms who are interested in working with the PSC to further develop its Supply Chain Management Diploma to fulfil the needs of practitioners in the field of Exporting and Importing and /or individuals who seek to better their opportunities to get in the field of supply chain management.  

PREQUALIFICATION TERM

 Selected Qualified Training Firm will be qualified by PSC to conduct the following practices:

A: Promote the Program to target groups;

B: Co-Manage the program activities in terms of selection of applicants, ongoing follow up, and evaluation upon completion.  


Non-Compliance  

The PSC reserves the right to remove any firm that doesn't comply with PSC objectives and/ or Program functions and activities. And PSC has the right to disqualify firms, previously qualified Specialized Training Companies or Experienced Individuals based on unsatisfactory work performed for the PSC, or for unsatisfactory references.  


SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS

Specialized Training Firms are required to submit the following:

-    CVs and training experience profile of the training specialists.
-    Description of training programs submitted to private sector.
-    List of trainers
-    Last 3 performance surveys.
